gluten free spaghetti/organic italian sausage

ahhhhh, the smell of Italian! The only thing better than that is eating it! Here's a 20 minute meal, start to finish of gluten free spaghetti and sausage! 1 package GLUTEN FREE Barilla spaghetti noodles 1 jar of marinara - we are big fans of Mezzetta's new sauces 1 package boulder spicy italian sausage -or- 1 lb ground turkey fresh parmesan Seriously, that easy. braised short rib tacos

So this recipe really works with any protein you have in the freezer, so don't panic if you don't know how to braise right off the bat! corn tortillas quesadilla cheese beef short ribs (2lbs) 32 oz vegetable, bone, or chicken broth shredded angel cabbage sour cream 1 white onion, chopped 1 jalapeno 1 lime 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 2Tbsp vegetable oil Heat oven to 350 F In a dutch oven, heat vegetable oil on medium high. Season ribs with salt and pepper, then place in dutch oven. Seer every side until browned into middle of rib. If you have to do this in batches, just set finished ribs aside on plate. pizza

At least once a week we make this meal at home. It has proven better than any restaurant pizza we have ever eaten. Directions are for 2 pizzas: Udi's gluten free pizza crust fresh mozzarella pearls or balls, each halved 6Tbsp olive oil fresh basil 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced *additional toppings we occasionally use include Polodori spicy Italian sausage, pepperoni, hot cherry peppers, black olives In a hot skillet warm olive oil and garlic on medium heat until fragrant. Remove from heat and spoon onto pizza crusts evenly.  Place mozzarella, basil, and tomato slices on crust as desired. Bake crust as instructed on back of Udi's package. grilled chicken ramen bowl

This has become a staple for when quick meals are needed and is gluten free! grilled chicken breast gluten free ramen (Costco) 2 quarts broth of choice 2 fresh green onions, sliced 1 pk sliced white mushrooms sliced fresno peppers for garnish fresh cilantro for garnish  Grill chicken 15-20 minutes on medium high on outside grill. Boil broth and place 3-4 ramen patties in for 3-4 minutes. Reduce to low. Once cooked, remove ramen with spaghetti spoon and place into strainer (do not pour through strainer or you will lose all your broth!) Rinse ramen with cold water to get gummy starch off. santa fe chicken salad

Quick summer meal, this salad can be enjoyed with any dressing or is perfectly delicious without! 2 grilled chicken breast, halved, then sliced shredded cheese 1 chopped red onion radishes, sliced 1 can fire roasted corn, drained, rinsed 1 can black beans drained, rinse 1 lime, sliced in wedges fresh guacamole (to come in a later post) 50/50 spinach and arugula mix Grill chicken 15-20 minutes on medium high on outside grill.
